Exhibitor Information
Participation in the SC08 exhibits will be supported by experienced exhibits management staff that is always available to answer any questions you might have. They will provide a detailed Exhibitor Services Manual, promotion handbook and a frequently asked questions Website. Periodic Exhibitor Update newsletters will keep you abreast of developments leading up to SC08.
Here are some resources to help you plan your exhibit:
Meeting Space during the Conference
If your organization would like to hold a meeting during SC08, we can help you find the appropriate space. SC08 has an all-space hold on the meeting rooms at many conference hotels. Meeting space will be assigned as of late February 2008. Additional information about securing meeting space will be posted to the SC08 Website soon. In order to secure space, exhibitors should be in good standing with the conference and should not plan to schedule meetings of more than 50 people during the conference technical program. For questions, please contact housing@info.supercomputing.org.
We also offer a number of special opportunities for making the most of your participation in SC08.
You can advertise your exhibit in the Official SC Exhibits Guide, which will be distributed to all attendees at the conference. This affords you an additional opportunity to increase your visibility or announce special events. Every year, the Guide is used on-site by each conference attendee to find their way around the exhibit floor and your ad can help them find you. Many attendees also keep their guides as a reference after the conference has ended.
You can also raise your companys visibility through a range of promotional opportunities, from inserts in the conference bags to coffee breaks to food tables during the Gala Opening of the SC08 exhibits.
Convention Center Banners
Display your company banner in highly visible areas of the conference and exhibition. Grab attendees' attention when they arrive, register, walk to sessions, and as they enter the exhibit hall. Click here to see banner locations (in red).
